Ingredients: 
Wholegrain pasta
Chicken breast
Carrot
Broccoli
Salt
Mixed pepper
Olive oil
Chop the chicken breast in to cubes.Cook on olive oil and season with mixed pepper and salt.Steam the broccoli & carrot.*Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.Mix all together in the wok
*(benefits of steaming veggies: It preserves nutritions- vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc. It’s more flavourful, because the veggies don’t get overcooked or undercooked, Because of the steam the veggies become soft, which makes them more digestible and consequently the nutrients are absorbed better, There’s no fat included because you don’t use any oil. If you want to use oil, use olive oil, it improves blood cholesterol levels. [x]
